Use **Bulk Add Labour Reports** when you have many labour records to enter, for example one record for each day of the past week. You type or paste the rows into a sheet. One click saves all of them.

## Before you start

- You need the Approve permission for labour records.
- The projects, contractors and labour types must exist in Superwise.

## How to bulk add labour reports

1. Open **Site Reports > Labour Records**.
2. Click the arrow at the right side of **Create**, then click **Bulk Add** (mark 1 in the first picture below). The menu item is shown only to people who can approve.
3. Fill one row for each record. In the columns **Project**, **Vendor** and **Labour Name**, choose the name from the list. You can also paste rows that you copied from Excel.
4. Fill in **Date** and **Quantity**. The column **Unit** is filled by Superwise.
5. Fill in **Challan** and **Remarks** if you have them.
6. If the record belongs to a purchase order (PO), fill in **PO Number** and **PO Date**.
7. Keep **Accept All** (mark 1 in the second picture below) ticked if the records must be accepted as you save. Clear the tick to save them as **Pending**.
8. Click **Save** (mark 2).

If the save works, Superwise opens the list **Labour Records**.

- If one row is wrong, the page shows one line for each wrong row.
- If you leave the page with rows that are not saved, the page asks you first.

## If something goes wrong

| **Please ensure to enter Date, Project, Vendor, Labour Code, Quantity for all records.** | Fill these columns in every row, or delete the empty row. The message says Labour Code. The column is **Labour Name**. |
| **An error has occurred. Please try again later** | Wait a moment and try again. If it stays, tell your administrator. |
